1. How do I start my free trial?

Click the “Try Now for Free” button on our website. This takes you to the EcomPal App sign-up page via Stripe. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be redirected to your EcomPal dashboard to get started with your 14-day free trial.

2. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — you can cancel directly from your dashboard under Settings > Billing. There are no hidden fees or lock-ins.

3. What happens after the trial ends?

You’ll have the option to continue with a paid membership. If you don’t upgrade, your trial will simply expire, and you won’t be charged.

4. Do I need technical skills to use EcomPal?

Not at all. EcomPal is designed for beginners and pros alike. Just type your product or question, click a button, and AI does the rest.

5. Which platforms does EcomPal support?

EcomPal works with all major eCommerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

6. How does Ask EcomPal work?

Simply type your question (e.g., “Why aren’t my products selling on TikTok Shop?”) and EcomPal gives instant, actionable advice.

7. How secure is my data?

Your data is encrypted and securely stored. EcomPal never shares your information with third parties.

8. Can I use my account on multiple devices?

Yes — you can log in from your laptop, tablet, or mobile, and your account syncs automatically.
